MILES Sampa has asked the Lusaka High Court to dismiss an application by over 100 PF officials to join a matter in which he is challenging the party’s failure to hold the extra-ordinary convention. Sampa argues that the intended defendants have not demonstrated how they will be affected in the event that the Registrar of Societies is ordered to ensure that the PF complies with its party constitution.
