A DETECTIVE has told the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court that a 30-year-old man accused of stealing 16 computers from the University of Zambia (UNZA) told him that he only intended to use the gadgets for a project and not keep them for good. In this matter, Henric Chisenga is charged with one count of breaking into a building and committing a felony therein, Contrary to Section 303(a) of the Penal Code Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.
