THE Attorney General has asked the Constitutional Court to dismiss a petition in which a PF member sued the State demanding a declaration that the appointment of Brian Mundubile as leader of opposition was null and void ab initio, as it was done in contravention of Article 74(2) of the Constitution of Zambia (Amendment) Act No. 2 of 2016.
