FORMER president Edgar Lungu’s daughter, Tasila, has told the Lusaka High Court that her Sinda farm was acquired at K300,000 and not the price being purported by the State. And Tasila has told the Court that she was being deliberately, maliciously and intentionally investigated following her father’s loss in the 2021 general elections. She has further opposed the state’s application to have her property forfeited to the state. This is a matter in which Director of Public Prosecutions Gilbert Phiri wants Tasila’s farm in Sinda District forfeited to the state on grounds that it is tainted property.
