LUSAKA businessman Sedrick Kasanda has asked the Lusaka High Court to order the police to present him before court, lamenting that he has been in police custody since February 26, 2024. He has also urged the court to anxiously scrutinise his detention at Lusaka TwinPalm Police Station, which he has described as illegal and unconstitutional. On Tuesday, Kasanda’s lawyer Makebi Zulu confirmed that his client had been arrested on charges of aggravated robbery.
