A 25-YEAR-YEAR OLD maid of Ng’ombe Compound has been dragged to the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court for indecently assaulting her employer’s five-year-old daughter. Abigail Musonda is facing one count of indecent assault on females Contrary to Section 137(1) of the Penal Code Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia. Particulars of the offence are that Musonda, on unknown dates but between February 1, 2024, and March 1, 2024, in Lusaka, unlawfully and indecently did assault K. T. M. It is alleged that Musonda inserted her finger in the five-year-old victim’s vagina whilst bathing her.
