COVENANT Broadcasting Company, housed on one of Faith Musonda’s alleged properties, has asked the Economic and Financial Crimes Court to dismiss the matter in which the ACC wants her properties forfeited to the state. James Chaponda, the managing director of both Covenant Broadcasting Company Limited and Covenant Hills Limited, which operates as Life TV, has asked the court to dismiss the matter, citing various irregularities. In November last year, ACC applied to the Economic and Financial Crimes Court, High Court division, to have several properties allegedly belonging to Musonda forfeited to the State.
