A LUSAKA man has dragged former Ministry of Health chief human resource officer Henry Kapoko to the Lusaka High Court for building on his mother’s plot in Roma without permission. McLoyd Ndawa, suing on behalf of Rosemary Kays Mwange Malama through a power of attorney, has told the court that the property in question was unfortunately among those seized by the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) from Kapoko as proceeds of crime. In December 2022, ACC handed over properties worth over K19 million to various government ministries and departments that were forfeited to the State in a case involving Kapoko.
