A PROPERTY development company has sued the Zambia Medicines and Medical Supplies Agency (ZAMMSA) in the High Court demanding K749,993.70 in unpaid rental arrears. Credible Property Development Limited also wants damages for breach of the agreement relating to units two, four and five of a warehouse facility situated within Garden House Plaza, Plot 10095, off Mumbwa road. The company further wants an order that ZAMMSA vacates its premises.
