A 35-YEAR-OLD man of Lusaka’s Lilayi area has appeared before the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court for dangerous driving and failing to change ownership of a motor vehicle. Philemon Dyamin is alleged to have, on August 30, 2024, caused an accident along Independence Road which left Chief Justice Dr Mumba Malila injured and later hospitalised. In count one, Dyamin is charged with dangerous driving Contrary to Section 155(1) of the Road Traffic Act No. 11 of 2002 of the Laws of Zambia.
