CONSTITUTIONAL lawyer Tresford Chali has told the Constitutional Court that the report of the JCC does not show any evidence of incompetence or gross misconduct regarding the three dismissed Judges. Chali has also told the court that in removing ConCourt judges Anne Sitali, Mugeni Mulenga and Palan Mulonda from office, the JCC and the state breached the Constitution. He also states that Attorney General Mulilo Kabesha has lamentably failed to offer the real and true reasons behind the judges’ dismissal.
