THE Lusaka Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday visited the National Assembly to view the media centre where Lumezi Independent MP Munir Zulu held a press briefing in March last year. This is in a matter where Zulu is accused of making defamatory remarks against Finance Minister Situmbeko Musokotwane, Infrastructure Minister Charles Milupi and RDA Board Chairperson Mulchand Kuntawala. Meanwhile, Zulu has told the court that he enjoys immunity at the National Assembly. Zulu is facing three counts of libel.
