ATTORNEY General Mulilo Kabesha has told the Constitutional Court that sexual intercourse between two persons of the same sex is “against the order of nature” and therefore illegal. This is in a matter where governance activist Isaac Mwanza and the Zambia Civil Liberties Union (ZCLU) have petitioned the State in the Constitutional Court to clarify the expression “the order of nature” with regards to sexual activities.
