LUSAKA Chief Resident Magistrate Davies Chibwili has dismissed an application by Lumezi Independent MP Munir Zulu to have his defamation matter referred to the High Court for determination of some constitutional questions. And earlier, Magistrate Chibwili also denied to grant an adjournment on the premise that Zulu needed to attend a parliamentary committee meeting. This is in a matter where Zulu is accused of making defamatory remarks against Finance Minister Situmbeko Musokotwane, Infrastructure Minister Charles Milupi and RDA Board Chairperson Mulchand Kuntawala.
