A WITNESS has told the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court that UPND has not delivered on the promises which they made to citizens. Weston Mwango, a 32-year-old businessman of Lusaka’s Avondale area, said he felt good when he heard that President Hakainde Hichilema would dissolve Parliament in order to usher in competent people who could manage to reduce prices of commodities in the country. Meanwhile, Munir Zulu has so far called 40 witnesses out of the 50 who are supposed to testify in his defence.
