A 42-YEAR-OLD police officer and three others have been dragged to the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court for allegedly stealing over US$250,000 from a foreign national. Humphrey Misale, 42, a police officer of Chamba Valley is jointly charged with Allan Lyamba, 27, of Lilayi, Moses Chiluba of Lilayi and Micheal Walawala, 44 of Chongwe. The four are facing two counts of aggravated robbery Contrary to Section 294 (2) of the Penal Code Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.
