GOVERNMENT says rehabilitation works at the National Heroes Stadium and OYDC-Zambia will cost either K44 or K52 million following quotations presented in readiness to host the Confederation of Africa Athletics (CAA) Youth Championships in April. Meanwhile, Sports Minister Elvis Nkandu expressed disappointment with the failure by stadium management to keep the facility clean.
