THE Sports Council of Zambia (SCZ) says a good number of sports associations have paid their affiliation fees ahead of the set deadline. And SCZ says only associations that have paid affiliation fees will receive support from the council and Ministry of Sport. Speaking in an interview, Tuesday, council acting General Secretary Raphael Mulenga said there was overwhelming response from associations in paying affiliation fees. “The response from associations has been overwhelming and as of today, more than half of federations have paid up their affiliations fees. We are encouraging all those that are still mark-timing to see to it that they pay up and be on the safe side. We are not going to exercise leniency this time around....
