MINISTRY of Youth, Sports and Arts Permanent Secretary Kangwa Chileshe says the sports sector needs an increased budget to facilitate various projects aimed at developing the sector in Zambia. Speaking in an interview after he launched the Zambia Youth Empowerment and Sports Tournament at OYDC, Wednesday, Kangwa said despite government having spent over K100 million on sports, there was need for more resources to be allocated to the sector.
