Point of clarification: Mwense District is far away from Bahati Constituency there fore the President was in the District to officially open the Mwense Trades Training Institute and residents of Mwense went to witness its the occasion . The new Trades Institute is a couple of Kilometres from Mwense town on Kawambwa Road which is not a walking distance . That necessitated transportation of people from surrounding areas in Mwense District. But the mode of transport for transporting people was wrong leading to loss of life arising from the accident The accident scene in within town centre away from Mwense Trades Training Institute.
