THE UPND on Saturday announced the adoption of nine parliamentary candidates from North-Western, Lusaka and Eastern Province. At a press briefing, Saturday, chairman for elections Gary Nkombo said the party adopted Levy Mkandawire to stand on the Kabwata seat. He further stated that the party was yet to announce aspirants for Mulobezi and Senanga parliamentary seats. The rest of those adopted are as follows; Eastern Province: Chipata – Reuben Mutolo. Mayor candidate – Elida Banda. Luapula Chipili – Steven Mumba. Pambashe – Justine Kapema. Chifunabuli – Bright Chishimba. Bangweulu – Pius Chileshe.
