TRANSPARENCY International Zambia (TI-Z) has expressed concern over revelations that foreigners were issued with Zambian national registration cards and voters cards to take part in next month’s elections. In an interview TIZ executive director Maurice Nyambe called on law enforcement agencies to institute investigations on the matter, warning that allowing foreigners to vote would undermine the credibility of the election. “The story in today’s News Diggers!
