PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says his government has used the first 100 days in office to understand where the leakages are coming from and to realign the system. And President Hichilema has made several new government appointments, notable among them; Permanent Secretary Special Duties Cabinet Office Patrick Mucheleka, Disaster Management and Mitigation Unit (DMMU) National Coordinator Dr Gabriel Pollen, Permanent Secretary Ministry of Defence Norman Chipakupaku, Permanent Secretary Local Government and Rural Development (Administration) Mambo Hamaundu, among others.
