FORMER home affairs minister Stephen Kampyongo says police officers should be able to visit any person regardless of their status. And Home Affairs and Internal Security Minister Jack Mwiimbu has urged the service to be professional in the way they handle transfers and ensure that couples are not separated. Speaking when the House was considering Head 11 for the Zambia Police Service, Thursday, Kampyongo advised Mwiimbu to ensure that police officers were professional.
