PF member Geoffrey Bwalya Mwamba says he is aware the Joint Investigations Team plans to arrest him when he appears for questioning today. Speaking during a briefing, Monday, Mwamba claimed that there were plans to detain him without police bond. “I was in Kasama last week where I had gone for a funeral, I lost my brother again in Kasama.
