LANDS and Natural Resources Minister Elijah Muchima says land is critical and it can bring confusion if not handled properly. And Muchima says UPND cadres were not treated well and can be given priority if they apply for land in a normal way instead of grabbing property from people by force. He says his ministry is sorting out land problems which were left behind by the PF government.
