SOME Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) have congratulated President Hakainde Hichilema on the newly attained debt restructuring deal. And Health Minister Sylvia Masebo says Zambia has continued to record an increasing burden of Non-Communicable Diseases which contribute to top 10 major causes of morbidity and mortality.
