MEDICAL for Quality Healthcare Zambia (MQHZ) Director General Dr Quince Mwabu says there is a surge in illegal drug stores across the country because drug shortages have persisted in hospitals. Dr Mwabu says people who own illegal drug stores have taken advantage of the drug shortages in hospitals and are selling cheap drugs which may not be fit for consumption.
