THE Zambia Public Procurement Authority (ZPPA) is concerned by the low submission of annual procurement plans by procuring entities. The authority has urged all procuring entities to ensure that they submit annual procurement plans to the Authority by December 31. According to a statement which was highlighting the activities undertaken by the authority in the second quarter 2023, the Authority reviewed 239 procurement plans that were submitted out of 579 procuring entities.
