MINISTER of Commerce, Trade and Industry Chipoka Mulenga on Wednesday rose on a point of order regarding PF members of parliament whom he said had a tendency of absconding from proceedings after registering their presence for the sake of allowances. But Mpika PF member of parliament Francis Kapyanga says he and his colleagues have a right to walk out of the House whenever they are aggrieved about something.
