PETAUKE Central Independent Member of Parliament Emmanuel Jay Jay Banda says Chief Government Spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa should apologise for accusing him of pushing a motion to amend the Constitution. At a media briefing, Monday, Mweetwa said Banda wanted to present a motion in parliament to urge the Executive to start the Constitutional amendment process.
