FORMER UPND vice-president Dr Canisius Banda says the country’s ever-skyrocketing cost of living has increased perilous danger on the lives of citizens. And Dr Banda says the UPND were so big on fixing things while they were in the opposition but today everything has unravelled as the emperor has no clothes after all.
