FORMER home affairs minister Stephen Kampyongo says his successor, Jack Mwiimbu, is failing in his duties, which is why the defence is doing the work of police officers. And Kampyongo says government should address the killings of innocent citizens by those mandated to preserve lives. Speaking in the National Assembly, Friday, Mwiimbu said he could confirm that extrajudicial killings occurred during the PF regime but not under the new dawn administration.
