THE Human Rights Commission (HRC) has expressed concern over what it terms as the continued abuse and discriminatory application of the Public Order Act by the Zambia Police. But Home Affairs and Internal Security Minister Jack Mwiimbu says it’s important for those saying that the rights of the opposition are being denied to reflect and not forget what used to happen under PF.
