PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema’s Economic Advisor Dr Pamela Nakamba says the support being offered by the IMF and World Bank to Zambia is a demonstration that government has high fiscal discipline. Last week, PF faction vice-president Given Lubinda questioned what government had done with the money the World Bank and International Monetary Fund had disbursed to the country thus far.
