MINISTRY of Local Government Permanent Secretary for Administration Maambo Hamaundu has advised public officers to maintain highest levels of morality to avoid going to correctional facilities where they will be fed by Zambians. Last Thursday, the Anti- Corruption Commission arrested Chester Kasonde, a former Council Chairperson at Serenje Town Council for corrupt practices. The Commission said Kasonde had been arrested and charged for failure to declare interest.
