FORMER commerce, trade and industry minister Bob Sichinga has urged government to keep its promises if it wants to win people’s trust, saying successive governments have been kicked out based on their pledges. On Friday, Mines Minister Paul Kabuswe told union leaders that being insulted was part of leadership, urging them to keep assuring miners that KCM would soon be running again. This was after one of the union leaders asked government to give a timeframe for when KCM would become operational, saying they were being called names because of the delay.
