TRANSPARENCY International Zambia (TIZ) says President Hakainde Hichilema should temporarily remove Solicitor General Marshal Muchende SC from office should the Anti-Corruption Commission decide to investigate the complaint of abuse of authority against him. Lusaka lawyer Frank Gwaba has reported Muchende to ACC for abuse of authority after the duo differed over commission in a Ministry of Health medical supply contract. But Muchende lodged a complaint of professional misconduct against Gwaba to the Law Association of Zambia (LAZ) Legal Practitioners’ Committee.
