FORMER vice-president Nevers Mumba says God may allow national disasters such as droughts in order for people to realise what type of leaders they have. And Zambia’s Ambassador to the United States Chibamba Kanyama says circumstances such as drought may transition a country into greatness, depending on their level of response.
