ZAMBIA’s former High Commissioner to Congo Muhabi Lungu says he and his team have not yet decided whether their planned ‘third force’ will be a political party or a movement, although it is gravitating towards a political party. Lungu has also dispelled assertions that the Umodzi Kum’mawa group is behind the intended movement.
