FORMER vice-president Enoch Kavindele says there is a lot of freedom in the National Assembly but it is being abused by members of parliament. In an interview, Kavindele said it was worrying when a member of parliament made a sweeping statement about Barotse Royal Establishment Induna Mwangelwa Akapelwa, who was recently shot dead, when investigations were ongoing. “Parliamentary proceedings are now on television and radio.
