SOCIALIST Party leader Dr Fred M’membe has bemoaned the high levels of immorality among students in boarding houses across the country, stating that elderly men are abusing young girls. In a statement, Tuesday, Dr Mmembe stated that Zambia was declining in all aspects and there was a need to impart high moral values in young people. “Zambia is declining in all aspects, but we have focused so much on political and economic deterioration.
