ACTING Foreign Affairs Minister Mulambo Haimbe says he does not receive a double salary for his roles as both Justice Minister and acting Minister of Foreign Affairs, arguing that it’s purely a service. And Haimbe says it is up to President Hakainde Hichilema to determine how long he will remain as acting Minister of Foreign Affairs.
