CHIEF Government Spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa has announced that Cabinet has approved the 2024 revised national budget which will be tabled in the National Assembly soon. Mweetwa says Cabinet has also approved the open access market structure for electricity, which would promote non-discriminatory access to the transmission and distribution networks.
