PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has called on the United Kingdom to keep supporting Zambia during this drought and to help ensure success in its economic transformation agenda. President Hichilema said this when he accepted an honorary doctorate from Heriot Watt University at its Edinburg campus, Thursday.
