MINISTER of Technology and Science Felix Mutati has disclosed that government is constructing 340 communication towers in various parts of the country to enhance internet connectivity, especially in rural areas. Mutati also says the private sector has committed to constructing 180 towers. Speaking to journalists in Itezhi Tezhi, Tuesday, Mutati said rural areas like Itezhi Tezhi were in darkness due to lack of internet connectivity.
