INFRASTRUCTURE, Housing and Urban Development Minister Charles Milupi has warned contractors who obtain public money for construction projects which they later abandon, that the law will visit them. Milupi says this conduct is akin to obtaining money by false pretences. He said this during the commissioning of the newly-completed Lufwanyama District Administration Office Block in Lufwanyama District. “I wish to send a stern warning to the contractors that have been collecting money from government and are not doing any works but buying time for the contracts to lapse.
