JUSTICE Minister Princess says the 2024-2028 SADC Parliament Forum strategic plan will enhance democratisation and socio-economic development. Speaking during the launch of the strategic plan, Monday, Kasune said the Forum was also developing enduring ties with other inter-parliamentary entities in Africa and on the international landscape to promote benchmarking and leadership on normative standards. “The 2024-2028 Strategic Plan provides for the Forum to revamp its conceptualisation of parliamentary engagement by building on the four (4) parliamentary functions of Parliament.
