ACTIONAID Zambia says government must ensure that it issues a Statutory Instrument containing regulations that favour citizens pertaining to the Access to Information Act. Last week, Information and Media Minister Cornelius Mweetwa signed Statutory Instrument No.35 of 2024 to operationalise the Access to Information law. The minister is expected to sign another Statutory Instrument containing regulations pertaining to the ATI.
