WATER Development and Sanitation Minister Collins Nzovu says there will be consultations on the need to increase water tariffs. Delivering a ministerial statement in the National Assembly, Thursday, Nzovu said a Water Forum was expected to be held, where stakeholders would meet to find solutions to the water crisis. “In order to protect water resources from further degradation, various existing regulations and laws will be strictly enforced.
